3-DAYS 2-NIGHTS: TARANGIRE / NGORONGORO CRATER / LAKE MANYARA
DAY 1: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be met and greeted before driving to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its elephant population. Enjoy a picnic lunch en route. In Tarangire, you will have a unique experience witnessing the harmony between nature and the traditional way of life of the Maasai. The park offers unparalleled game viewing, especially during the dry season when elephants are abundant. You might see families of these majestic creatures playing around ancient baobab trees and stripping acacia bark for their afternoon meal. The breathtaking views of the Maasai Steppe and the mountains to the south will make your visit to Tarangire truly memorable. Afterward, drive to Karatu, located just a few kilometers from the Ngorongoro Crater. Dinner and overnight stay at Octagon Safari Lodge.
DAY 2: KARATU TO NGORONGORO CRATER
Enjoy an early breakfast at Karatu Village, then pack your picnic lunch for the day. Drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the wonders of the world. Experience a game drive inside the crater, where you may encounter the Big Five: lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and hippos, along with many other wildlife species. After a full day of exploration, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Octagon Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Karatu to Lake Manyara, then to Arusha/Zanzibar
After an early breakfast, depart with your picnic lunch for Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its lush scenery, diverse birdlife, tree-climbing lions, hippos, baboons, and many other wildlife species. Spend the morning exploring the park until noon. After your visit, drive to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight.
